About Kiwi Motels
KiwiMotels.co.nz is an offshoot site of KiwiAccommodation.com, one of New Zealand's most trusted accommodation portals. Kiwi Accommodation has been delivering low cost, high quality and easily updated web pages for accommodation providers throughout New Zealand since 2002. In 2007, the site was purchased by Australian web publisher Creative Publishing Services. As part of a larger web travel publishing group, Kiwi Accommodation and Kiwi Motels are extending their market reach to the benefit of advertisers and users alike.

Each place to stay listed in our directory has it's own web page, with a unique web site address (url). Unique Meta tags and page titles are created for each web page, as an essential part of our search engine positioning strategy.
Allowing motel owners to edit their own listing content
as and when they like, adds another dimension of keyword positioning

We have over 350 New Zealand motels listed!
2. Can I make my listing stand out over others?
Yes, we can feature your motel on our homepage, highlight it in search results, and feature it on regional pages as well as other relevant pages through out our web site.
3. Can I have pictures in my listing?
Yes, you can have up to four pictures included in your listing. Pictures that are square or nearly square are best. We prefer not to include portrait orientated images (images that are taller than they are wide), or pictures that are very elongated.
4. Some of the listings have more information than mine, and some have very little why?
We have continued to add services and features to Kiwi Motels, and when we do we notify our members by e-mail. However it's a sad fact that there is so much spam going about these days that messages are easily overlooked or dismissed. Consequently we have many members that have not taken full advantage of our listing service because they are simply unaware of the improvements in our services.

5. How do I update or edit my listing?
Visit our members section and log in using the username and password that you first signed up with. Once you have logged in you will have access to several tools for updating your listing.
6. I can't seem to log in, or I have forgotten my username and password. Can you help?
To have your username and password sent out to click here, enter your email address that you signed up with and your details should be with you in about five minutes.
7. How do I put pictures in my listing?
First you have to log into our members section. Then you need to select image upload. Us the browse buttons to select the images on your computer you would like to use. Once you have selected the images click on next. The images will be uploaded - this may take some time depending on the speed of you internet connection. Our image upload feature only supports the upload of jpg files.
8. Why are the pictures I uploaded blocky?
Pictures displayed in Kiwi Motels listing pages are resized to either 200 pixels wide, or pixels tall. If your pictures have come out blocky it's likely that they have been enlarged by our system as their dimensions were smaller than we require. This can be solved by uploading images that are wider than 200 pixels.
